A good bit of news.
California's Supreme Court bitchslapping the haters.

Now here's hoping that they can make it stick.

To say that love is somehow invalid simply because of your gender is an absurdity and an insult.

The decision on Prop 8 is expected next week, but one of the judges has already said that they feel the choice is between ruling it unconstitutional, and the state not being able to recognise any marriage at all.
